In 2012 of August, AG Flames was founded by Ms. Deri and established her own business as Sole Proprietorship. Ever since Ms. Deri worked in the construction industry, online marketing was her side job until she decided to focus on her full- time marketing online, and she got a project in Mindanao, and her circle in the construction industry began to expand from Luzon to Mindanao. Customer service and quality of work are always her priorities. Ms. Deri named her business as AG Flames Engineering Services. A nd G derives from (A= Alpha G= Gwen) and Alpha female means a powerful and successful woman, often in a leadership role that reflects her traits. AG Flames has two branches of offices now: one in Cebu and one in Manila. It has 32 employees: 28 installers, 2 project engineers, 1 project architect, and 1 project supervisor.
